These terms apply to equipment hired from AE Hereford Ltd, trading as Area Entertainments (company number 12775777), registered at SME House, Holme Lacy Industrial Estate, Hereford, England, HR2 6DR (referred to below as "the Company").
The Hirer agrees to use all equipment rented from AE Hereford Ltd trading as Area Entertainments (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with all operating instructions, safety procedures, and guidelines provided by the Company, whether in writing, verbally, or through demonstration.
The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the safekeeping and proper use of the equipment for the duration of the rental period. Any damage, loss, theft, or malfunction of the equipment resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, improper operation, or failure to follow the Company's usage guidelines shall be deemed the sole responsibility of the Hirer.
In the event of such damage or loss, the Hirer agrees to pay, upon demand, the full cost of repair or replacement of the affected equipment, as determined by the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, parts, labour, shipping, and administrative costs.
The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental, arising out of or connected with the Hirer's use or misuse of the equipment. The Hirer indemnifies and holds harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of such use.
By making payment for the equipment, the Hirer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this clause, and accept full responsibility for compliance during the hire period.
