From the ceremony to the last dance

Whether your day is in a marquee, a barn, a hotel or the grounds of a country house, we'll visit the venue where required, plan the setup around your timings and have everything tested before your guests arrive.

After more than four decades working across Herefordshire, we know most of the county's wedding venues inside out, the marquees, barns, hotels and country houses. That means no surprises on the day: we know how each space works, where everything goes and how to get set up and packed down smoothly, so it's never our first time through the doors.

We're happy to work alongside your band, DJ or other suppliers, and we'll liaise with them directly so you don't have to. At the end of the night, we take everything down quietly and professionally.

Wedding questions, answered

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you have your date and venue confirmed, get in touch. The earlier we talk, the more time we have to plan something special for your day.

Will you visit our venue beforehand?

Yes, where required we'll arrange a site visit at a time that suits you. It helps us understand the space and recommend the right equipment for it.

Can you work with our band or DJ?

Absolutely. Just let us know who is performing and what they're bringing, and we'll liaise with them directly to make sure everything works together on the day.

What happens on the day itself?

Our technicians arrive ahead of time, or the day before where required, set everything up and test it before your guests arrive. Where needed, we stay on hand throughout to manage sound, slideshows and lighting.

How much does it cost?

Every wedding is different, so we quote for each one individually. After an initial chat about your plans, we'll send you a clear quotation covering everything you need.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover all of Herefordshire and the surrounding areas, and we've worked at venues well beyond the county too. If you're not sure, just ask.
